It all starts with the client contacting us to request our services. From there we offer free initial consultations. Our initial consultation is simply a time for us to sit down and talk about your business and how we can help you. Then, it all depends on the service you need from us. For example, if you purchase a logo design package from us, we will consult with you, sketch the design, present you with options, review and redesign, and present you with the finished product. For every project, and every client we will explain our process from start to finish, and we ensure that we are always available - via phone, email, website, twitter, facebook...
